Michell's Prince and Marilyn Monroe Moment

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama were in Austin, Texas on April 10 for a speaking engagement at the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library where Obama marked the 50th anniversary of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, crediting the laws Johnson signed with opening doors that made his own career possible.
“They swung open for you and they swung open for me,” the president declared.
Arriving in Austin aboard Air Force One, the president and Mrs. Obama walked down the stairway as a gust threatened....
Michelle encountered strong gusts of wind that nearly blew up her black-and-blue striped skirt. The wind lifted the first lady’s pleated skirt - enough, above the knee, for the president to reach over and hold it down - to avert an incident, according to a pool reporter who was there.
Thankfully, Barack was by his wife every step of the way and was able to save flotus from a Marilyn Monroe moment.
The first couple laughed at the flap as they walked down the stairs.
However, we would've been distraught at the thought of photographers' cameras going off.

Earlier in the week, another famous lady on the global stage suffered a similar snafu, but no one was around to help her - not even her prince!

How to get Michelles' Marilyn :)
Start by running some serum through your hair to keep it smooth and glossy while you dry it. Blow-dry your hair in small sections with a small or medium, round bristle brush. Once dry, use medium-sized tongs and wrap small sections of hair around them to create the curls. Leave your hair to cool completely and then run your fingers through to soften the whole look.
Spray with hairspray to finish.
